FAQ - Questions about standard chips
The needle in the 12mm set is sharp and precisely ground (surgical steel), which facilitates quick puncture. In large animals with thicker skin (e.g., the neck of a Shepherd or a horse), the injection is felt similarly to a standard vaccination and is usually well tolerated.
